Alfred Caiola Managing Member North Street Community LLC
Alfred Caiola is the co-head of B and L Management, a real estate company in New York. With more than 16years of acquisition and development experience, he has worked on over 14 major residential and commercial projects. In addition, Mr. Caiola plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of B and L Management and the maintenance of the company’s 30+ buildings, which includes some 1,300 rental units.
Born in the Bronx and raised in Pelham Manor, Mr. Caiola attended schools in New Rochelle, including Iona College, where he earned a degree in Business Administration. In addition to the North Street Community project at the former St. Agnes site in Westchester, Mr. Caiola is working on seven new development projects including two new residential condominium buildings in the West Village and Chelsea, a 170-unit rental building in the Hudson Yard district, three high-end residential properties in Long Island, and a facility for Studio Maestro’s Manhattan Youth Ballet School – New York’s premier non-profit children’s ballet academy and dance company.

Benny A. Caiola, a life-long resident of Westchester, and his sister Rose Caiola, a New York City resident and native of Westchester, are two of the principal owners of Bettina Equities Company, a family owned real estate company located in New York City. Bettina Equities is a diversified leader in mixed use and multi-family developments. The company owns, develops and manages over 1.8 million square feet of property in New York City, Westchester and Long Island. Their properties include residential and commercial buildings as well as single-family subdivision developments.
Bettina Equities Company continues with the tradition started by Benny and Rose’s late father Salvatore Caiola – a dedication and distinction that he began in the 1970’s when he founded the company. Their vast experience and first-hand knowledge of the development, construction and management of properties continues that tradition.
Since the passing of their father, they have established The Caiola Family Foundation creating vast philanthropic endeavors in his memory.
C.J. Follini

C.J. Follini is a Managing Member of North Street Community LLC. He has 17 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, development and management. In 2000, he formed Kings Point Investors, LLC, to acquire and develop a 12-acre mixed-use waterfront property in Queens, NY. In 2002, Mr. Follini created Noyack Medical Partners, LLC with the express purpose of investing in healthcare real estate. In addition, he is a partner in a 10-acre development project in the Bronx.
From 1997 until 2000, Mr. Follini served as President of the Gun For Hire Production Centers, the largest division of The Shooting Gallery, the largest media post-production facility for the film industry in New York. As President, Mr. Follini was responsible for the company’s overall operations, and designed and renovated digital media production centers in New York, Miami, Vancouver, Toronto and Los Angeles. Mr. Follini’s efforts earned his firm the 1998 Crain’s Small Business Award.
Prior to joining The Shooting Gallery, Mr. Follini was also the owner and officer of several specialty construction and manufacturing companies in the United States and the Netherlands.
Mr. Follini was raised in Pelham, and he and his family currently reside in Manhattan. He and his wife are involved with the Children’s Rehabilitation Center in White Plains. Mr. Follini earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Tufts University as well as a General Course Degree in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Andrew Greene, principal of Andrew Greene and Associates, P.C., has been practicing law in White Plains since 1976. Mr. Greene’s expertise is in business, transactional, real estate and related litigation, as well as real estate acquisitions and development. With Follini, he founded Kings Point Investors, LLC, to acquire and develop a 12-acre mixed-use waterfront property in Queens, N.Y. Mr. Greene was also a member of the United States Senatorial Trust Committee from 1991-1994.
Steven Rosenthal

Steve Rosenthal is an attorney with more than 15 years of real estate development experience. He is President of J.R. Equities, Inc., a second generation real estate company that has developed and owned more than 25 commercial, residential and retail properties over the last 40 years.
Mr. Rosenthal grew up on Long Island and resides in New York with his wife and three children. He graduated from New York University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and California.
